Cell Phones
The spa is a place to get away from it all and relax. In consideraton for all guest, please turn all cell phones off or on vibrate and for the comfort of all please keep voices to a minimum.
Cancellations
We realize emergencies happen and will be understanding if a last minute change arises. Please provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise a 100% no show fee will be applied to the credit card on file.
Appointments
Please help us by arriving on time for your treatment. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment to fill out or update your client history card. Our services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
Retail
All retail products are final sales. Returns are approved for exchanges no longer than 14 days after purchase. Product must be unused and still in the original package.
Reservations
There is a $30 service charge for returned checks in addition to any bank fees. Any reservation for packages must be held with a credit card.
Gift Cards
We provided Gift Cards at any value. Gift cards are non- refundable.
