We love pampering our clients so it’s very important to us that our schedules are full and treatment times aren’t missed for someone wanting in. As our cancellation list grows year after year we thank you so much for appreciating our time is valuable so we can accommodate our clients on the waitlist.
We have a 24-hour cancelation policy, which means if this isn’t given you will be charged a portion of your booked appointments. We do everything in our power to try and fill your spot so we don’t have to charge you, but the less time we have the harder it is to do this.
*if you no show or call/email after 9am of your treatment day you will be charged in full for all services booked on that day*
